Cast iron pan in light cast iron from Ronneby factory. It is made from exactly the same raw material as traditionally sand cast, heavier, cast iron pans. The reason this pan is so light and manageable is that Ronneby factory for many years have developed a new method for casting which enables them to make substantially thinner pans without loosing any of the great qualities of a classic cast iron pan.

Despite parts of the handle being of silicone the pan can still take oven temperatures of up to 220 degrees.

Maintenance advice: Never put cast iron in the dishwasher. We recommend as a rule to only rinse the pan directly after using it when the pan is still hot. This tends to be enough.

Weight: ca. 1,7 kg. It can vary somewhat because of the fact that these are hand made products.
