ULTRA LIGHT cast iron frying pan 28 cm

Cast iron pan in light cast iron from Ronneby factory. It is made of exactly the same raw material as a traditional sand cast, heavier, cast iron pans. The reason this pan is so light and easy to handle is that Ronneby factory has developed a new casting technique enabling them to make the pans substantially thinner withour loosing the qualities of a classic cast iron pan.

Despite parts of the handle being of silicone the pan can take oven heat up to 220 degrees.

Maintenance advice: Never wash cast iron in the dishwasher. We recommend to only rinse the pan directly after using it when it is still hot. This tends to be enough.
