Durable pressure cooker from WMF. It is made of 18/10 stainless steel and Cromargan. The material is extremely durable and retains its finish and fine properties even after years of use. The surface is up to 150 times more durable than products made of ordinary stainless steel. With its capacity of 8.5 liters, this pressure cooker is very spacious and, therefore, perfect for a grand dinner. With pressure cooking, it is possible to achieve temperatures of over 100 degrees, which means that the cooking time is significantly shorter than with conventional cooking. At the same time, you save energy! The pressure cooker has two different pressure settings that you can choose from depending on what kind of food is to be prepared. You can also cook food that is frozen. The pressure cooker can be used on all types of stoves, incl. induction. Handles and lids can be removed, and both pan and lid can be washed in the dishwasher. This pressure cooker from WMF won the competition when the Swedish magazine Allt om Mat tested different pressure cookers in 2012. The reason for that was that it is user-friendly, has a doneness indicator, scaling on the inside, and is easy to clean.
