This stylish and high quality Mineral B-series from de Buyer is made in carbon steel and has a handle of extra strong, hardened steel. The pan is treated with organic bees wax, and can be used on all stovetops, including induction. Comes in several sizes.
Mineral B frying pan gives a crispy surface and is suitable when cooking for instance meat or an omelet.
A tip! Before using: Heat up some oil in the pan and pour it off. Wipe down the pan with paper. After a few times of using it the pan is "prepared".
This is the consumer version from de Buyer and what separates it from the Carbone Plus is that this has a lacquered handle, which simplifies cleaning. This pan has a rust protection in the form of a sprayed coating of bees wax which provides a non-stick function.
