Brasserie casserole 4.5 l / 24 cm

Classic casserole in cast iron from Fiskars. The casserole can keep a high temperature for an extended amount of time, and is therefore suitable for both more heavy frying and slow cooking on low heat.
The cast iron casseroles can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction. All pans from Fiskars are pre-fried in the factory, so the only thing you have to do is wash your pan with mild washing-up liquid and warm water before using it. Grease your casserole with a bit of cooking oil now and again in order to best preserve the qualities of the material.
